Tour description:
The Nest of Dream tour is recommended for a honey moon tour in Madagascar. This tour in the East Coast of Madagascar offers visit to Andasibe National Park for its indri-indri and Diademed Sifaka… The Vakona Private Park has its Islands of Lemurs, the Palmarium Hotel in Ankanin’ny Nofy also has its Private Lemurs Park and these places give opportunities for close photography of the Lemurs of Madagascar.
The travel by boat along the Pangalane’s channel is particularly spectacular. Stop along the channel allows visit to the fisher’s village facing the Indian Ocean.
At the end of this honey moon tour, you can travel by speed boat to Sainte Marie Island where you can organize your whale watching from your Hotel when it is the season.
Depending on your choice of hike
Rating 3: easy to moderate: the 2 to 3 hours hike called “Indri 1” is easy, but there is a little elevation gain or loss, occasional steep trails so a basic level of aerobic fitness is required.
Rating 4: moderate: the 5 to 6 hours hike called “Adventure circuit” requires good level of fitness. Fitter you are, more you will enjoy your hike
Circuit: Tana - Andasibe National Park – Tana
The visit starts a day after arrival or on arrival at the international airport.
Day 1: Drive to Andasibe National Park (145 Kms, 3 hours drive)
Meet at the hotel then drive from Tana to Andasibe National Park.
- Visit of a reptile’s farm to see the whole species of chameleons in Madagascar, 2 species of Lemurs, leaf tailed geckos and snakes…
- Drive to Andasibe, possibility to manage a night walk out of the National Park with a local guide: mouse Lemurs, chameleons, frogs…
- Overnight at the hotel
